AIREV, an Emirati entity, seals a strategic investment from Venturewave Capital, an Irish venture capital firm, to fuel its global expansion in the artificial intelligence sector.

In a significant move for the AI industry, fast-growing AI start-up AIREV has secured a strategic investment from Venturewave Capital. This investment, signed in the presence of UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi and Ireland's Minister of State for Trade Promotion, AI and Digital Transformation, Niamh Smyth, aims to accelerate AIREV's growth from the UAE and Ireland into new markets.

AIREV's On-Demand agentic AI operating system is a high-performance, sovereign-grade solution that offers several key features and targeted applications. The system, co-developed with Tenstorrent, boasts an advanced agentic AI platform, supporting autonomous AI agents capable of performing complex tasks with minimal human intervention. It also leverages Tenstorrent's AI-focused architectures and high-performance RISC-V CPUs, ensuring robust computational power and scalability for enterprise-level workloads.

On-Demand is designed for sovereign and enterprise use, supporting airtight on-premise deployment, providing enhanced security critical for regulated industries and public sector environments. It runs directly on Tenstorrent’s hardware, combining innovative software with leading open-source and configurable chiplets, optimising for both cloud and on-premises infrastructures. A dedicated Agentic AI Development Node in the UAE demonstrates On-Demand’s capabilities under real-world enterprise and public sector conditions, highlighting its practicality and operational reliability.

The platform targets large enterprises needing scalable and secure AI solutions capable of handling complex business processes autonomously. It is also well-suited for government institutions and industries with strict compliance requirements, benefiting from its sovereign-grade security and control. Following validation, AIREV and Tenstorrent plan a co-branded global strategy focusing on North America, Asia, and the Gulf regions, intending to support regulated industries and public institutions globally. Flexibility across different deployment scenarios allows organisations to adopt the technology that fits their security and infrastructure needs.

On-Demand is compatible with all hardware types, enabling infrastructure monetisation for hardware providers. It also integrates with leading CRM and ERP systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics. Over 60,000 users have already adopted On-Demand since its launch, and the platform currently serves over four million AI-first users.

AIREV is backed by Core 42, a G42 company, and the platform provides access to inference capabilities across models from OpenAI, Google's Gemini, Meta's Llama, and Jais, an Arabic-focused model developed by Inception, another G42 entity. The company is also in talks with major Fortune 500 semiconductor firms and has commercial agreements with Panchea and Nvidia Elite Partner AIdeology.

This collaboration between AIREV and Tenstorrent also marks a significant milestone in exporting UAE's AI capabilities globally, emphasising the platform's maturity, export readiness, and alignment with the UAE's 2031 AI Vision of innovation-driven economic diversification. The ministers praised the collaboration as a bridge for global tech innovation.
