Apple Card, in partnership with Goldman Sachs, maintains the top spot in customer satisfaction among mid-sized credit card issuers, as acknowledged in the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study for the second year in a row.

In a recent survey conducted by J.D. Power, the Apple Card and its issuer, Goldman Sachs, have once again claimed the top spot in the Midsize Credit Card Issuer segment. This marks the second consecutive year that the duo has earned this prestigious title.

The J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study, which was fielded from August 2021 to June 2022, assessed various categories such as interaction, credit card terms, communication, benefits and services, rewards, and key moments. The survey results placed Apple Card and Goldman Sachs at the top across all these categories.

The Apple Card, introduced in 2019, was designed with the aim of offering customers an easy and secure way to track purchases, manage spending from Wallet, and earn up to 3 percent Daily Cash when using Apple Card online, in-store, and in-apps. The card has no fees, making it an attractive option for many.

Variable Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) for the Apple Card range from 13.24 percent to 24.24 percent, based on creditworthiness. It's important to note that terms apply for Apple Card Family, a feature that allows users to share an Apple Card account with anyone added to their Family Sharing group. With Apple Card Family, users can add two co-owners who can manage the Apple Card Family account and build their credit equally together.

The survey also recognised Fifth Third Bank as the highest customer satisfaction for the second consecutive time in the Midsize Credit Card Issuer category. Peeyush Nahar, Goldman Sachs's global head of Consumer Business, expressed his delight at being recognised by their customers and J.D. Power as No. 1 in customer satisfaction among midsize credit card issuers.
