Arcfox Delivers 1,186 Vehicles in December, Up 696% Year-on-Year
Arcfox, a Chinese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has reported a significant surge in vehicle deliveries. In December 2021, the company delivered 1,186 cars, marking a 76% increase from November and a staggering 696% increase year-on-year. This impressive growth comes as Arcfox commences deliveries of an early version of its Huawei Inside Arcfox α-S model.
Arcfox's strong finish to 2021 saw it deliver a total of 4,993 cars for the year. The company offers two models: the Arcfox α-T SUV and the Arcfox α-S sedan. The α-S model, equipped with Huawei's full-stack smart car solution 'Huawei Inside', is priced from RMB 388,900.
Arcfox aims to deliver 1,000 units of the α-S with 'Huawei Inside' in 2021. The premium version of this model, starting at RMB 429,900, features an intelligent advanced autonomous driving system with 400 TOPS of computing power. This system is a key selling point, contributing to the model's high demand and strong sales performance.
Arcfox's December and fourth-quarter deliveries of 1,186 and 2,408 cars, respectively, indicate a robust finish to 2021. The company's strategic partnership with Huawei, evident in the α-S model, is driving growth and innovation in the Chinese EV market. With a strong product lineup and ambitious targets, Arcfox is poised for continued success in 2022.
