Get ready for some major shifts at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG)'s Central Europe division! The firm's announced a whopping eleven new Managing Directors and Partners, effective as of January 1, 2025. That's right, you heard it here first! These appointments are a clear sign of BCG's commitment to their team, even in a rough economic climate, as commented by Michael Brigl, Head of Central Europe.

Let's dive into who's joining the ranks!

In Zurich, we've got Biljana Bajic-Bizumic. At just 38, she's a specialist in banking technology and cybersecurity. Over in Vienna, we've got Florian Brunnader, a 36-year-old whiz in the insurance industry.

Munich's about to see some action too. Come the end of 2022, we've got Kim Hartmann (38) specializing in marketing & sales, Jakob Liss (39) focusing on data-driven process optimization and machine learning, and Thomas Bumberger (32) advising private equity and infrastructure investors stepping into their new roles.

Around mid-year, BCG already strengthened its leadership team, so expect fireworks in Düsseldorf. Catharina Martinez-Pardo (38, consumer and luxury goods, sustainability) and Jan Lindenberg (38, transformation and restructuring) are joining the partner circle in January. Meanwhile, Max Teichert (37, banking and payments) and Philipp Weltzien (35, energy sector) are getting promoted in Hamburg.

BCG Cologne gets a new Managing Director and Partner, Jan Beier (40, cost efficiency, supply chain optimization), and in Stuttgart, we've got Christoph Heuser (39, automotive sector) joining the leadership team.

Earlier this year, BCG appointed the most comprehensive promotion round to date in Central Europe, with more than 200 partners now gracing the halls of Germany's BCG offices.
