Bet365 Expands US Presence with Denver Office and Indiana Fever Partnership

Bet365, a leading name in the online sports betting and iGaming industry, is making significant strides in the United States. In September 2024, the company established its US headquarters in Denver, Colorado, following a $135 million acquisition of the One Platte office complex [1].

One Platte, a nearly 249K-square-foot building, boasts amenities such as retail shops, a fitness center, a lobby area, a multipurpose event center, and is near restaurants, apartments, and Commons Park. The seller of One Platte was Shorenstein, a real estate investment group based in San Francisco [1].

Since opening its Denver office, Bet365 has brought hundreds of jobs to the Colorado capital [1]. The company is licensed to operate in 13 states, including Colorado, and offers iGaming through the bet365 app in New Jersey and Pennsylvania [1].

In addition to its Denver expansion, Bet365 has entered into a partnership with the Indiana Fever, becoming the WNBA team's Official Sportsbook Sponsor for the 2025 season. This deal allows the sportsbook to offer "fan-focused features that will be integrated across the Fever's media and game day experience" [2].

Bet365's strategic partnerships with major sports teams are helping to bolster its presence in the US market. The company has also been making headway in the online sports betting market, largely at the expense of BetMGM and Caesars Sportsbook [3].

While Bet365 has been actively expanding in other states and segments, such as launching new casino content in New Jersey and growing sports betting options in Illinois, Tennessee, and Missouri, details on the Indiana Fever partnership remain unconfirmed by the latest sources [2][3][4].

One Platte is LEED and WIRED certified, reflecting Bet365's commitment to sustainability and innovation. As of April, One Platte was 88% leased, indicating a strong demand for office space in the Denver area [1].

The Fever, the most-watched and most-bet WNBA team, thanks largely to having Caitlin Clark, has been sidelined since late May with a left quadriceps strain [5]. Despite Clark's absence, the partnership between Bet365 and the Indiana Fever promises an exciting future for both parties.
