CEO of Zensai Discusses Entrance into Pax8 Marketplace and Copilot Embracement
In a groundbreaking partnership, Zensai, an established company with hundreds of customers worldwide and a $40 billion ARR, has introduced the Zensai Adoption Hub through the Pax8 Cloud Marketplace. This innovative training tool is designed to simplify the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, a cutting-edge AI solution, for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs).
The Zensai Adoption Hub, priced at $5 per user per month for the Pax8 community, offers a seamless training experience that integrates directly into the flow of work, eliminating the need for new logins or context switching. This makes it easier for businesses to adopt and utilise AI solutions, addressing a common challenge in the SMB sector where the adoption of AI remains high, but finding value and a return on investment continues to lag behind.
Research by the GTIA shows that SMBs are demanding AI solutions at high rates. Recognising this demand, MSPs will be able to layer Zensai's adoption hub offering into existing and new packages in AI, Azure, M365, and even cybersecurity needs as they sell to SMB clients. The Zensai Adoption Hub focuses heavily on cybersecurity training, providing comprehensive resources to help businesses navigate the complex landscape of digital security.
The Zensai Adoption Hub scales seamlessly across multiple tenants with multi-customer content deployment. It also offers real-time analytics, reminders, and audit-ready dashboards for visibility, ensuring businesses can track their progress and identify areas for improvement.
Rasmus, an industry expert, believes the Zensai Adoption Hub offers MSPs an easy way to make additional revenue and provide a solution to the lag in finding value and return on investment for AI implementation among SMBs. Oguo Atuanya, corporate vice president of vendor experience at Pax8, expressed excitement about the partnership with Zensai, stating that it brings MSPs worldwide a new way to support the Microsoft ecosystem and tap into the vast revenue potential AI is bringing to the channel.
The Zensai Adoption Hub, with its native Microsoft 365 integration, deploys in hours, not weeks. It's a plug-and-play, out-of-the-box training experience that provides a variety of training and course materials, ranging from the basics of using Copilot within the Microsoft suite to more practical guides on specific use cases by role and function.
The Zensai Adoption Hub is expected to be officially available in Germany in 2025 or 2026. David Willis, chairman of the board at Zensai, emphasises the simplicity, practicality, and impact of the Zensai Adoption Hub for Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption. This partnership between Zensai and Pax8 is set to revolutionise the way businesses adopt and utilise AI, making it more accessible and beneficial for SMBs.
