The organisation, with a balance sheet total of approximately 4.2 billion euros and 23 branches, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Application Manager (m/f/d) for its Core Banking System.
The position, located in Moers with good transport connections, offers flexible working hours (up to 39 hours/week) and 32 vacation days. The successful candidate will work within the Organization - Processes and OSPlus department and will be responsible for a variety of challenging tasks, providing ample scope for design and personal responsibility.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of processes and workflows, as well as decision-making ability and a strong sense of responsibility. Candidates with completed training as a bank clerk/banker or merchant in the digitalization of the banking industry are particularly encouraged to apply. Successfully completed bank-specific or IT-specific vocational training is preferred.
The candidate must also have a proactive approach to new questions and challenges, and enjoy independent work and continuous self-development. The position requires a candidate who is team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
