PICKUP COFFEE has unveiled an exciting new loyalty program called the PICKUP Club, designed to make every coffee run more rewarding. The launch event, held at the brand's flagship store in Vertis North, showcased how PICKUP COFFEE's app-powered innovations are reshaping the everyday coffee experience.

The PICKUP Club offers a tiered membership structure, allowing customers to unlock rewards and advance through the levels via the PICKUP App. The program consists of four membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Emerald.

Emerald members, the highest tier, enjoy special perks such as birthday and monthsary treats, including up to four free drinks during their birthday month. They also receive invitations to private events and a forthcoming travel-related perk.

Lower tiers also offer benefits. Silver, Gold, and Emerald members can enjoy order discounts and multiple redemption opportunities. Additionally, members can access delivery discounts and exclusive merchandise offers.

The PICKUP Club launch event was a lively affair, featuring interactive activities such as App Simulation Booths with gamified challenges like Catch the Espresso Bean and Match the Perk. Attendees could earn points at the event and redeem them for exclusive merchandise, vouchers, and PICKUP COFFEE beverages.

Matteo Gancayco, Head of Digital Channels, Data, and Media at PICKUP COFFEE, expressed his enthusiasm for the new program, stating, "Every cup of coffee should give you more in the PICKUP Club."

Notable personalities Ashley Garcia, Patricia Henson, Vince Velasco, and Denisse Anthea were among those who attended the event. Phil the Cup, the brand's mascot, also made an appearance.
