Shreya Sircar, a specialist in complex shareholder disputes, contractual claims, corporate insolvency resolution proceedings, and disputes in the TMT sector, has been a standout figure in the legal industry. Her tenure at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, however, was brief, spanning less than a year, as she left the firm in January this year, according to her LinkedIn profile.
