Modern Railways 2025 Exhibition Showcases Global Railway Advancements in Beijing

The Modern Railways 2025 exhibition, a significant event for the railway industry, kicked off in Beijing's capital city on Tuesday, attracting visitors from around the world. The event, being photographed by Xinhua/Xing Guangli, is a display of modern railway advancements.

The exhibition showcases advanced railway technologies and equipment from multiple countries. Among the highlights are next-generation high-speed trains, a 600 km/h superconducting electromagnetic maglev train prototype, and various digital and intelligent railway solutions.

CRRC, a leading railway manufacturer, exhibited a total of 22 real trains, covering passenger, freight, and maintenance applications. Notable exhibits include multiple Fuxing high-speed trains, high-speed maglev trains, green freight locomotives, and heavy-duty freight systems.

Advanced digital and intelligent railway solutions are also on display, such as AI-powered maintenance systems, intelligent intercity EMUs, and "Lancang" trains exhibiting smart rail transit capabilities. The integration of AI, edge computing, cloud, and digital twin technologies is also demonstrated, with HollySys showcasing their HiaRailAI Large Model, Cloud Signalling Safety Platform, Digital Twin Platform, and train control systems compatible with ETCS Level 1 & 2 as well as SCADA systems.

Scale models, interactive displays, and multimedia presentations are also part of the exhibition, highlighting these innovative technologies and CRRC's vision for smarter, faster, and greener rail transportation worldwide.

The Modern Railways 2025 exhibition emphasizes cutting-edge developments in high-speed train design, next-generation maglev technology, digital intelligent rail operations, and AI-enhanced maintenance. This positions China at the forefront of modern railway engineering.
