Hit the pedal to the metal! Nemetschek extends Yves Padrines and Louise Överström's contracts, revving up for the long haul

Say goodbye to the driver's seat change at Nemetschek! This software powerhouse has given Yves Padrines, their CEO, and Louise Överström, CFO, some serious long-term keys. The MDAX company dished out the scoop: their contracts are now locked and loaded, aiming straight at 2028. Padrines, who claimed the helm in March 2022, and Överström, who rode shotgun in the finance department since January 2023, can now kick back with a solid decade of tenure ahead.

Nemetschek SE, the brainchild of engineer Georg Nemetschek, has been making waves with its software solutions for the construction and media sectors. Boasting a trail of almost doubled revenue since 2018, skyrocketing to nearly 1 billion euros by 2024, Nemetschek's eye is firmly fixed on growth. With a beaming Padrines announcing they're "excellently positioned for future growth", it's no surprise Nemetschek SE is in the fast lane.

Hot off the press, the company's first bond loan, raising a staggering 300 million euros in late 2024, signals a vision of venture capital on the horizon. By partnering with Google Cloud, the company's teaming up to accelerate innovations and extend its global reach, planning to leverage AI and cloud technology to redefine its Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector game.

But it's not all tech and no people. With the extensions of Yves Padrines and Louise Överström, the leadership team's stability is rock-steady, paving the way for an execution of long-term strategies that promote sustainable growth. That's not all on the executive front. Usman Shuja, formerly in the construction software division and now strapped in as Chief Division Officer, has been instrumental in fortifying the executive team.

Between digital transformation, strategic technological investments, partnerships, and a firm leadership foundation, Nemetschek's expansion strategy pumps the gas, setting the company on course for global domination in the construction software sector.

Mark your calendars, folks, because it's going to be one hell of a ride!
