Extron Unveils New Products: NAV PURE3 Enhances Resiliency, SMP 401 Boosts Recording & Streaming
Extron has unveiled several new products and updates, bolstering its NAV System's capabilities. The latest evolution of the NAV PURE3 codec has been integrated into the NAV Pro AV over IP Series, offering enhanced network resiliency. Additionally, Extron has introduced the SMP 401, a high-performance 4K/60 Multi-Channel Recording and Streaming Media Processor.
The NAV PURE3 codec now offers improved network resiliency, making it more tolerant to bursty network traffic on converged networks. This evolution is part of Extron's ongoing efforts to enhance its NAV Pro AV over IP Series, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging network conditions.
Extron has also released the SMP 401, a powerful new device designed to capture and distribute AV signals and presentations. It supports up to five concurrent recordings and six streams, allowing for efficient management of multiple AV signals. The SMP 401 is capable of handling 4K/60 signals, ensuring high-quality output.
In addition to these updates, Extron has introduced the DTP3 T 202 EU/MK, a versatile wallplate transmitter supporting both USB-C and HDMI signals. This device can transmit signals up to 330 feet (100 meters) over a shielded CAT 6A cable, providing flexibility in AV signal distribution. It supports 4K/60 4:4:4 signals and is HDCP 2.3 compliant, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of devices.
Extron's latest offerings, including the enhanced NAV PURE3 codec, the SMP 401, and the DTP3 T 202 EU/MK, demonstrate the company's commitment to innovation and improving the capabilities of its NAV System.
