Susan, with an eye on the horizon, will remain as the global chair of FCB until the end of this year, helping Ordóñez establish a seamless transition across the FCB network.

Born and raised in Colombia, Ordóñez is a famed creative visionary boasting over two decades of industry experience. After joining FCB Chicago in 2019, he arrived from Energy BBDO, Ordóñez has played a key role in the agency's escalating dominance. During his tenure at FCB Chicago, one of Ordóñez's standout achievements includes spearheading the development and popularization of the "Caption with Intention" technology.
