The Senior Payments Specialist role requires deep expertise in digital payments, PSP management, and risk mitigation. With a focus on maintaining a strong understanding of the technical, operational, and analytical aspects of global digital payments, the successful candidate will support and optimize payment processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and security.
Key responsibilities for the Senior Payments Specialist include optimizing authorization rates, monitoring and improving payment page performance, overseeing risk & fraud ratios, and driving payment optimization initiatives. The Senior Payments Specialist will also share insights and collaborate with project teams to enhance payments solutions and operations.
Given Leadtech’s status as a digital solutions company with a global footprint, this role likely also involves navigating cross-border payments compliance and regulatory requirements, troubleshooting payment system issues, and keeping abreast of trends and changes in the payments industry to advise on improvements or risk mitigation.
The Senior Payments Specialist will have 5+ years of experience in payments operations or PSP management, preferably in a B2C environment. Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required for the role. The successful candidate will also be skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Support teams.

Leadtech Group is seeking an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized. Familiarity with dispute management, 3DS, and risk control best practices is also required.
