The responsible authorities were the Finanzkontrolle Schwarzarbeit of the Main Customs Office Nürnberg and the Tax Investigation Office Nürnberg-Süd.
The FKS's inspection on May 14, 2024, resulted in a total damage sum of €19.2 million from criminal and administrative proceedings. These inspections play a crucial role in maintaining fair employment practices and preventing illegal activities in the sector.
