IT Cooling Solutions seeks a Field Service Supervisor to manage and oversee its technical field operations.

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is currently seeking a seasoned Field Service Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of processes and procedures related to field service work. Key responsibilities include reviewing field service reports, preparing activity reports and analysis, and managing the supplier relationship and service performance of authorized service providers in the region. Advanced computer skills, with a focus on MS Office products and MRP/ERP systems, are essential for this role. Candidates must possess the ability to read and understand technical drawings and bills of material. They should also have an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or an equivalent field, with a minimum of 5 years of field service technician experience and 2 years in a supervisory/also capacity. The Field Service Manager will also be expected to supervise, communicate job expectations, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training to their team. They will be responsible for managing field service technicians according to company policies and approving and coordinating scheduled activities. In addition to these duties, the role requires leading planning and execution of assigned division-level strategic initiatives. The Field Service Manager will also need to confer with other company personnel to resolve service incidents or issues. The role includes furthering the goals and positive, professional image of the Division through effective dealings with customers and other internal departments and divisions. The Field Service Manager will also serve as a field service representative for the assigned area as needed. The role involves maintaining inventoried items and fixed assets in the assigned service area, and assisting with site needs and requirements for scheduled work. The Field Service Manager will also support and assist the current Field Service Manager. Lastly, the role requires advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for interactions with customers, employees, and suppliers.
