The successful candidate will collaborate with the quality management department, optimize production processes, handle complaints, collect and analyse data, participate in audits, and professionally manage supplier complaints.

### Job Requirements

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

1. **Educational Qualifications** - A technical degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. - Alternatively, a completed apprenticeship with relevant certifications in quality assurance or manufacturing technology.

2. **Professional Experience** - Hands-on experience in quality management or quality control within metal stamping, automotive supplier, or manufacturing industries. - Familiarity with precision stamping processes and inspection techniques is highly advantageous. - Experience with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) in quality systems.

3. **Technical Skills** - Proficiency in quality inspection methods, including: - Dimensional measurement techniques (calipers, micrometers, CMM—Coordinate Measuring Machines). - Visual and functional inspections. - Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. - Familiarity with quality management software (e.g., SAP QM, Minitab) is a plus.

4. **Soft Skills** - Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. - Good communication skills for collaboration with production teams, engineers, and suppliers. - Problem-solving aptitude to identify and address quality issues proactively. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. **Additional Requirements** - Good command of German and English (both written and spoken) depending on the company’s communication needs. - Willingness to engage in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices. - Flexibility to work on-site and potentially participate in shift work depending on production schedules.
