Those ranked 2nd to 5th place received 12,500 DGB each. The traders ranked between 6th to 10th with the highest total amount of DGB purchased were also rewarded, each receiving 6,000 DGB.
In addition, twenty-five randomly selected users (apart from the top 10 winners) who are not residents of the Republic of Turkey, BEST VIP level 1 or above, and trade any amount of DGB during the competition period will receive €80 worth of Bitcoin each!
The winners will be credited within one week to their Bitpanda DGB wallets. All prizes will be paid out on March 1st, 2021.
DigiByte, the crypto at the heart of this competition, is a high-speed, three-layer blockchain that enables the creation of smart contracts and various applications. It uses the UTXO (unspent transaction output) transaction model and five different cryptographic algorithms for decentralization, making it one of the most decentralized blockchains.

It's worth noting that the exclusion of residents of the Republic of Turkey from being selected as VIP-Winners is based on the legal requirements of the Republic of Turkey. There is no publicly available information about any person from Turkey missing VIP prizes in the DigiByte competition by Bitpanda.
