Residents of Karaaga, Tymlat, and Kostroma villages in Kamchatka Krai's Karaginsky District have experienced a significant upgrade in their internet connectivity. Over 800 locals now enjoy high-speed internet access thanks to GPON technology, transforming their digital experience and improving daily life.
Rostelecom, the company behind this project, has successfully installed a fiber-optic communication line and distribution networks across the district. This infrastructure allows residents to simultaneously use multiple devices without interruptions, a luxury previously unavailable.
High-speed internet opens doors to numerous digital services. Locals can now participate in video lessons, access the Unified Portal of State Services, and connect to entertainment platforms like Wink. Large files can be downloaded swiftly and smoothly, enhancing productivity and leisure time.
