Kärcher showcasing industrial cleaning solutions at EMO 2025
Kärcher Unveils Innovative Industrial Cleaning Systems at EMO 2025
At this year's EMO in Hannover, Kärcher showcases a new line of industrial cleaning solutions, designed to tackle the unique challenges faced by manufacturing companies. These innovative systems, presented for the first time, include a mobile dust extraction system, an autonomous cleaning robot, and a new generation of stationary high-pressure systems.
1. Mobile Dust Extraction System with Flexible Extraction Arm
The heart of Kärcher's mobile dust extraction system is the ID 130/22, an energy-efficient radial compressor of efficiency class IE3. This system is designed for large quantities of fine chips and health-endangering dust (MAK > 0.1 mg/m³). Its mobility and flexible arm enable targeted dust extraction directly at the source, improving air quality and worker safety. The system is designed for continuous use and easy integration into existing workflows.
2. Autonomous Cleaning Robot KIRA B 50
The KIRA B 50 is an industrial cleaning robot that autonomously handles floor cleaning tasks. Ideal for medium to large areas, this robot reduces manual labor and allows for efficient, time-saving cleaning of large industrial areas. It is engineered for robust, continuous operation within industrial production environments.
3. New Generation of Stationary High-Pressure Systems
These high-pressure cleaning stations offer powerful removal of stubborn contaminants such as oily residues. They can deliver up to 210 bar pressure and up to 1,700 liters of water per hour. Suitable for heavy-duty industrial cleaning with enhanced performance and reliability, these systems are designed for long-term deployment and seamless integration into industrial processes.
All three solutions focus on durability, efficiency, and seamless integration into industrial operations. They address common challenges such as fine dust, stubborn industrial dirt, and time-intensive cleaning processes. For sensitive applications like food processing, there are stainless steel execution variants available.
Kärcher's new industrial cleaning systems are not only powerful but also flexible. The new stationary high-pressure cleaners can be operated flexibly at multiple dispensing points. The high-pressure station is centrally located in the technical room, with pipes leading to individual dispensing points.
The KIRA B 50 can cover up to 2,000 m² per hour in autonomous operation, making it an ideal choice for industry, logistics, retail, and public facilities. It is powered by a 160 Ah lithium-ion battery and offers users the choice between cold and hot water operation, with heating power reaching up to 108 kW for hot water.
These innovative solutions from Kärcher are set to revolutionise industrial cleaning, offering a more efficient, safer, and cleaner environment for workers. With these new systems, Kärcher continues to lead the way in providing innovative cleaning solutions for various industries.
