Kazakhstan Unveils 'Smart Helmets' to Revolutionize Industrial Safety
Agricultural equipment giant Kazakhstan Agro-Innovative Corporation has unveiled cutting-edge 'smart helmets' at 'INNOPROM.Belarus' in Minsk. The helmets, equipped with AI and other advanced features, are set to revolutionize industrial safety. Meanwhile, the corporation has boosted localization to 86%, integrating new equipment into global technical support networks for remote diagnostics and setup.
The 'smart helmets', developed by Kazakh innovators, come with a camera, speaker, microphone, GPS module, and connectivity via Wi-Fi and mobile networks. Best Vision Technologies has started serial production of these helmets, with a localization level of 63%.
The AI in the helmets automatically detects safety violations, such as working without a helmet, gloves, or protective clothing. The company plans to launch a fully integrated 'smart helmet' and develop a voice assistant for real-time employee guidance. This follows the corporation's aim to meet market demand for quality products and double labor productivity, as seen in their implementation of AI in production processes using numerically controlled machinery.
The Kazakhstan Agro-Innovative Corporation's 'smart helmets' showcase the country's advancements in digitalization and industrial safety. With increased localization and AI integration, the corporation is poised to enhance safety and productivity in the agricultural sector.
