This update comes as 86% of large enterprises use two or more unified communication (UC) vendors, with Zoom being a popular choice alongside others like Microsoft and Cisco.

This is a significant improvement over Zoom's native management portal, which is often found to be clunky and multi-phase, posing challenges for IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs) managing at scale.

The software automates license management, secure changes, and quick provisioning for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex. It facilitates full automation of UC provisioning and management, integrating seamlessly with various directory tools and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms. This centralised management is crucial, given that many enterprises use UC features from multiple vendors simultaneously.
