Law firms Khaitan & Co and Universal Legal take part in Series A funding round for Hudle company

The funding round was led by Sky Impact Capital and Physis Capital, with legal guidance provided to Hudle by Khaitan & Co, and to Sky Impact Capital by Universal Legal. Rashi Kapoor Mehta, Partner at Universal Legal, led the transaction team, with support from Neelkamal Chaudhary, Associate Partner.
Prasenjit Chakravarti, Partner at Khaitan & Co, led the transaction team for Hudle, with Sanjana Bhatnagar, Counsel, Shivansh Mehta, Senior Associate, and Mohnish Singh, Associate, providing valuable assistance.
The funds raised will be used to enhance Hudle's technology offerings, scale its platform, and develop new offerings. One of the key initiatives Hudle plans to launch is GRIP, India's first rating index for recreational athletes.
