Hints of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3's specifications come from a leaked Geekbench 5 score for the RedMagic 9. The device tested reportedly has a motherboard codenamed "pineapple," believed to be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The device in question runs on Android 14 and is rumored to be one of the first flagship phones to feature the yet-to-be-revealed chipset.
According to the leaked benchmark listing, the RedMagic 9, if it does indeed use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, would boast a homogeneous CPU configuration consisting of one high-performance core, five medium-performance cores, and two efficiency cores.
