LK Metrology has bolstered its offerings with the acquisition of ProCon X-Ray GmbH, a German specialist in industrial computed tomography (CT) systems. This strategic move positions LK Metrology to meet future demands in digital inspection and digital twin strategies.
ProCon X-Ray, renowned for its high-resolution, modular CT and X-ray systems, will expand LK Metrology's capabilities. The acquisition adds advanced CT imaging to LK's dimensional metrology solutions, enabling it to offer integrated solutions from a single source.
