NexGen Oil and Gas Enhances Corporate Spaces with Visix Technology
NexGen Oil and Gas, based in Denver, has adopted Visix technology for its digital signage needs, transforming two gathering spaces into dynamic, interactive environments. The Visix Element 4K media player, a standalone device with a large memory capacity and high-performance graphics, is at the heart of this transformation.
In the employee lounge, the Visix Element 4K media player serves double duty, keeping staff informed and entertained. It displays corporate messaging and pre-scheduled company content when not being used for presentations, and in the break room, it provides a source of entertainment. The media player's ability to reproduce high-quality visual content in its native resolution ensures a crisp, clear viewing experience.
The company's lobby, meanwhile, boasts a large video wall powered by a Visix six-output player. This setup combines experiential and corporate content, with live and on-demand TV from Apple TVs and a cable set-top box. The video wall can display a large continuous graphic, live feeds, sports events, stock tickers, and corporate asset reels, providing a visually engaging experience for visitors.
Logic Integration, a partner in this project, selected the six-output player for the lobby to reproduce artistic imagery, videos, live TV, and more. The player's ability to switch between landscape and portrait mode adds flexibility to the content displayed.
NexGen Oil and Gas also uses a hosted AxisTV Signage Suite content management system from Visix, allowing them to adjust the visual experience on the fly to fit the mood of the moment. This dynamic content management system ensures that the information displayed is always timely and relevant.
