Introducing the On Cloudpulse Pro: On's First Strength Training Shoe
On, the Swiss performance brand known for its innovative running shoes, has expanded its horizons with the launch of the Cloudpulse Pro – its first purpose-built strength training shoe. This new addition to On's lineup is designed to cater to the unique demands of strength training, offering stability, grip, control, and a grounded sensation.
The Cloudpulse Pro is built with a firm Helion™ superfoam that provides energy return and stability, offering a stable base during strength movements. The shoe also features a wider toe box for ergonomic grounding and improved stability, a reinforced mesh upper that enhances breathability and stability, and a Speedboard®, a semi-stiff plate that supports lateral movements and ensures heel lockdown.
One of the standout features of the Cloudpulse Pro is its CloudTec® cushioning, optimized for high-intensity workouts. This cushioning in the forefoot absorbs impact without compromising feel, ensuring a stable and controlled performance during intense training sessions. The shoe's stable construction supports movement with a grounded sensation, making it ideal for HIIT and circuit training.
Weighing around 365g (12.875 oz), the Cloudpulse Pro balances lightweight performance with solid support. The rubber outsole and lace-up closure ensure durability and a secure fit.
