A 33-year-old resident of Plettenberg has fallen victim to a crypto investment scam, losing a substantial amount of money. Meanwhile, police are investigating a break-in at a local inn in the Waskebieke area, where cash was stolen.

The victim, a 33-year-old man from Plettenberg, responded to an advertisement on social media, hoping to invest in cryptocurrency concepts.
