Position: Senior Client Relations Manager - DACH (for male, female, and diverse individuals)
Appinio, a global market research company based in Hamburg, is on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Client Relations Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to work closely with the Head of Sales and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
The Senior Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of clients, helping them leverage consumer and shopper insights effectively to achieve their business goals. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships, and providing strategic guidance on market research approaches.
The role requires the Senior Client Relations Manager to support clients throughout the research process, from proposal creation to the presentation and interpretation of results. They will also plan and conduct client workshops and training, manage research projects end to end, and drive client growth through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
In addition, the Senior Client Relations Manager will act as a strategic advisor in market research, proactively gathering client feedback, and collaborating cross-functionally within Appinio to continuously improve products and services. They will also work closely with sales teams to raise awareness of the value of consumer insights and identify new business opportunities.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Sales in the Market Research industry and be proficient in working with CRM tools, ideally Hubspot. They should also have experience handling the full life cycle from pre-sales to closing.

The Senior Client Relations Manager will receive all the necessary hardware, including a MacBook, and will represent Appinio at trade fairs and public speaking events, expanding their network and leveraging existing contacts to drive the business.
