Position: Senior Client Relations Manager - DACH (Male, Female, Diverse)
Appinio, a global market research company based in Hamburg with over 2600 international clients and operations in 13 countries, is seeking a Senior Client Relations Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will ideally be based in Hamburg, with the possibility of working in Berlin, and will work closely with the Head of Sales.
The Senior Client Relations Manager will be responsible for representing Appinio to marketing and insights decision-makers, acquiring new customers, and building and maintaining strong networks within the industry. The candidate must have excellent proficiency in both German and English, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Sales in the Market Research industry. An extensive network within the Media/Entertainment or the FMCG industry is a significant advantage.
The Senior Client Relations Manager will drive revenue growth through upselling and managing contract renewals, while ensuring client satisfaction and acting as the main point of contact. They will scope and qualify client requirements for both new and existing projects, acting as the voice of their customers.
In addition, the Senior Client Relations Manager will act as a trusted advisor to customers, showcasing the potential of Appinio's solutions and ensuring they understand the value and benefits. They will also collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client satisfaction and value.
The role involves managing relationships with companies within a specific industry sector, such as FMCG or Media & Entertainment. The Senior Client Relations Manager will develop and own a growth strategy for their designated vertical, leveraging Appinio's unique combination of an AI-powered insights platform and expert consultancy to help companies understand consumer behavior.
