Rabbit Launches rabbitOS 2: AI-Powered Creativity Meets User Expectations

AI startup Rabbit has launched rabbitOS 2, a major update for its R1 device, aiming to bridge the gap between user expectations and the original software experience. The update introduces a revamped user interface and a standout feature called Creations, driven by the universal AI agent, Jasper.

At the heart of rabbitOS 2 lies Creations, a feature that enables users to design their own apps, tools, and games through conversational interactions with Jasper. The AI agent asks clarifying questions based on the user's description, making the creation process intuitive and accessible.

The new operating system also brings a card-based user interface, inspired by the concept of a card game, offering a fresh and engaging user experience. Additionally, rabbitOS 2 introduces AI-generated summaries of meeting recordings and supports image generation, further enhancing the device's capabilities.

Finished creations can be shared via Rabbithole, Rabbit's online hub for the R1, or via QR code, allowing users to showcase and share their work easily.

Rabbit CEO Jesse Lyu acknowledges the initial shortfalls of the R1 device and is seeking a second chance with the rabbitOS 2 update. The comprehensive update, featuring the innovative Creations tool and an improved user interface, signals Rabbit's commitment to meeting and exceeding user expectations.
