Senior Engineer in Charge of Service Center Operations

The Service Hub is central to HubSpot's mission of helping millions of organizations grow better. In this role, the individual will partner closely with leaders in Product and UX to define and execute a multi-year technical and product strategy. HubSpot's multi-year technical and product strategy for its Service Hub focuses on leveraging advanced AI capabilities to enhance customer value, streamline user engagement, and integrate enriched customer data into its platform. Key strategic priorities include embedding AI tools such as AI assistance, AI agents, and AI insights, alongside integrating external data sources like Clearbit and connectors with ChatGPT to drive product innovation and holistic growth across all customer segments.
The Senior Director of Engineering will drive the development of robust, scalable platform services and technical infrastructure. As a key thought leader, they will apply the latest advancements in AI to solve real-world customer service challenges.
The individual will collaborate with peers leading Sales, Marketing, CMS, and Commerce Hubs to build a seamlessly integrated customer experience. Candidates joining the broader Product team will also attend in-person events such as Product Group Summits and other gatherings.
