Space Agency's Cargo Vessel, Cygnus XL, Successfully Docks at International Space Station

The launch of the new cargo spacecraft, Cygnus XL, marked a significant milestone in space exploration. This mission, aimed at resupplying the International Space Station (ISS), was a successful one, with the spacecraft docking with the ISS at 07:24 Eastern Time (14:24 Moscow Time) on September 17.

The Cygnus XL, a Northrop Grumman cargo spacecraft, was launched into space on September 14 by the Falcon 9 rocket of SpaceX from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. The initial docking schedule was for September 17, but a delay occurred due to issues with the main engine of the spacecraft.

The main engine of the spacecraft shut down earlier than expected, causing the delay in the docking. However, the American astronauts Zina Cardman and Johnny Kim, using the robotic arm Canadarm2, were able to perform the docking successfully.

On board the Cygnus XL are materials necessary for producing semiconductor crystals, equipment for modifying cryogenic fuel tanks, and a system that uses ultraviolet light to prevent bacterial growth in water. The new cargo spacecraft Cygnus XL has the capability to carry up to 5 tons of cargo, compared to the standard Cygnus's capacity of around 3.8 tons.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of the United States broadcasted the docking live on their website, allowing viewers to witness this momentous event. The website of NASA is still available for those who wish to view the recording of the docking.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that an investigation has begun into Asensio and three former players of the 'Real' system, but the search results do not provide information about the institution initiating the investigation.

In other news, Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed his views on the depoliticization of Stalin's contribution to Victory and the potential return of Volgograd's name to Stalingrad. These topics continue to be subjects of debate and discussion in both Russia and the international community.
