Job Responsibilities
The Growth Analyst will play a pivotal role in contributing to the success of WPMU DEV's products. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing user behavior, purchase behavior, retention metrics, and lifetime value to gain insights that drive growth.
- Managing WPMU DEV's Stripe Radar, adjusting fraud levels, Radar rules, and block thresholds to ensure secure transactions.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to support user acquisition strategies.
- Performing A/B experiments with marketing channels to optimize performance.
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards across analytics platforms such as GA4, Mixpanel, and Stripe.
- Monitoring and evaluating web analytics dashboards and reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in standard business software applications, including Google Analytics and other relevant tools for web and mobile analytics.
- Familiarity with user role management and segmentation, given WPMU DEV's Hub's role customization features.
- Knowledge of SaaS product metrics and growth strategies.
- Understanding of WordPress ecosystems, plugins, and hosting environments.
- Strong skills in data visualization.
