Beyon Solutions, a subsidiary of the Beyon Group, has announced a significant acquisition that is set to expand its market and service capabilities. The company has acquired Link Development, a leading Egyptian software solutions firm with a strong regional presence.

Founded in 1987, Link Development brings a substantial legacy and expertise to Beyon Solutions. This acquisition complements Beyon's digital transformation portfolio, enhancing its capabilities in delivering end-to-end services, including network infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. The move further strengthens Beyon’s regional foothold.

Link Development provides technology solutions across different platforms and products to organizations in both public and private sectors. With seven offices and a workforce of 700 employees, the company serves clients all over the region. By joining forces with Beyon Solutions, Link Development aims to enhance its ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and expand its commercial reach into previously untapped regions.

The acquisition aligns with Beyon Solutions' ambitions and enhances their solution and service offering. The company offers enterprises and governments with cloud, application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and consultancy services. Strategic partnerships with key vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, and Outsystems further bolster their offerings.

Nicholas Toon, the CEO of Beyon Solutions, expressed confidence in the combined capabilities of both companies, stating, "We are excited about the opportunities this acquisition presents for our customers and for our employees. Hesham El Beih, the CEO of Link Development, shared similar sentiments, expressing excitement about the opportunities the acquisition presents for their customers.

Karim Beshara, the Managing Partner of A15, the Egyptian investment firm responsible for the sale, expressed gratitude to the Link Development team for their achievements over the years. The acquisition marks the eighth exit for A15, further solidifying their role as a key player in the regional investment landscape.

The deal between Beyon Solutions and Link Development is expected to close after receiving regulatory approvals in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Upon completion, the acquisition will expand Beyon Solutions' footprint, creating one of the largest hubs of digital transformation services in the region.

Notable clients of Link Development include the Government of Dubai, labor ministries of Egypt and Saudi Arabia, the Islamic Development Bank, Magrabi, Bupa, Vodafone, and many other leading international and regional names. Beyon Solutions' acquisition of Link Development is a strategic move to establish a strong hub serving Egypt, Saudi Arabia (KSA), and the UAE markets, supporting their efforts to provide innovative and comprehensive digital solutions across these key Middle Eastern markets.
