Teradyne Unveils Titan HP: New SLT Platform for AI & Cloud Infrastructure
Teradyne, Inc. has introduced the Titan HP, a new system level test (SLT) platform designed for AI and iCloud infrastructure markets. The platform is already in production at major customers and supports up to two kilowatts of power, with plans to increase this to four kilowatts in the future.
The Titan HP platform ensures devices meet rigorous quality standards through superior thermal control features. It utilises a multi-branch cold plate architecture and asynchronous cooling control to maintain optimal temperatures during testing.
The platform addresses the increasing demands of advanced technologies, such as smaller process nodes and new architectures. It enables mission mode testing for next-generation AI and iCloud infrastructure devices, making it an essential tool for leading semiconductor companies like Intel, AMD, and NVIDIA. These companies are already using the Titan HP solution for device testing.
Teradyne will showcase the Titan HP platform at SEMICON West, booth 5645, from October 7 to 9 in Phoenix, Arizona. The platform is part of Teradyne's comprehensive portfolio of test equipment, demonstrating the company's commitment to supporting the evolving needs of the AI and iCloud infrastructure markets.
