Tesla Q3 2025: Deliveries Surge 29% Despite Production Dip
Tesla has unveiled its production and delivery figures for the third quarter of 2025. The electric vehicle titan manufactured nearly 450,000 cars and delivered around 500,000 vehicles during this period.
Tesla produced 435,826 units of Model 3 and Model Y, with the Gigafactory in Grünheide near Berlin primarily responsible for the Model Y. Model S and Model X are mainly produced in Fremont, California, while the Cybertruck and Semi are manufactured in Texas. Model 3 is produced in multiple locations, including Fremont and Shanghai.
The company delivered 481,166 units of Model 3 and Model Y, along with 15,933 units of Model S, Model X, Cybertruck, and Semi. Tesla's total deliveries for the quarter reached 497,099 cars, marking a 29.43% increase from the previous quarter and a 7.37% increase from the previous year. Production also saw a 9.08% quarterly increase but a 4.77% yearly decrease, with a total of 447,450 vehicles manufactured.
Tesla will provide further details about its business results for the third quarter of 2025 at a later date. Despite the slight yearly decrease in production, the company's deliveries continue to grow, reflecting the increasing demand for its electric vehicles.
