Tracee Ellis Ross, the renowned actor and producer, has seen her hair care brand, PATTERN Beauty, flourish since its launch in 2019. With a mission to celebrate and support textured hair, the brand has expanded significantly under Ross' leadership.

PATTERN Beauty targets the global community with curly, coily, and tight-textured hair, which makes up approximately 65% to 75% of the population. The total addressable market for textured hair products in the United States alone is estimated at over $31 billion. The brand aims to support hair the way it grows out of the head, offering effective, non-harmful, and well-packaged products that celebrate diversity.
With a decade of planning behind it, PATTERN Beauty has grown from a single retail partner to a global presence. Ross' leadership and commitment to her vision, along with her ability to assemble a strong team, have driven the brand's success. As it continues to expand, PATTERN Beauty remains dedicated to supporting and celebrating textured hair.
