Ukraine's Military Welcomes NUMO: New Ground Robotic Complex Enhances Operations

Ukraine's military has welcomed a new ground robotic complex, NUMO, designed to enhance operations in high-risk areas. The Ministry of Defense has officially approved its use in military units, with the system already proving successful in missions.

NUMO offers a range of capabilities to support troops on the front line. It can deliver ammunition, food, or equipment, reducing risks for personnel. The robotic complex can carry up to 300 kilograms of cargo over a distance of up to 25 kilometers. It can be deployed in under 10 minutes and has a ground clearance of 235 millimeters, allowing it to navigate challenging terrains.

NUMO's modular system allows for various configurations, including turrets, relay masts, barbed-wire cutters, or mine-clearing trawls. It serves as the base for the Droid TW combat system, a remotely operated reconnaissance and strike platform. The system supports five types of communication, enabling flexible control in different combat environments. Since its introduction, NUMO has been integrated with the DELTA battlefield management system, which has verified over 130,000 destroyed or damaged enemy targets.

NUMO's practical readiness and value have been confirmed through its successful use in military missions. With its versatile capabilities and official approval, the ground robotic complex is set to play a significant role in enhancing Ukraine's military operations.
