Ultraviolette Expands Electric Motorcycle Retail Network in Rajasthan and West Bengal

Ultraviolette, an Indian electric vehicle manufacturer, has expanded its retail network by inaugurating new experience centers—called UV Space Stations—in Jaipur and Kolkata. This rapid rollout across five cities in just 72 hours marks the company's first presence in these two states and increases its footprint to 17 cities across India[1][2][3].

The UV Space Stations act as full-service hubs, offering customers sales, test rides, motorcycle deliveries, post-sales service, and genuine spare parts. This comprehensive support is managed in collaboration with local dealer partners, ensuring a consistent customer experience from the first interaction through ongoing maintenance[1][2][3].

At these new experience centers, customers can access Ultraviolette's flagship electric motorcycles, the F77 SuperStreet and the F77 MACH 2. The latest software upgrades, including the GEN3 Powertrain Firmware and the Ballistic+ performance mode, are also available. These upgrades, offered free of cost to existing customers, enhance acceleration and riding dynamics[1][2][3].

The GEN3 firmware was created based on data collected by the company's proprietary Violette A.I. system. This system monitors over 3,000 parameters during a ride, including acceleration patterns, terrain inputs, and rider behavior. These learnings have been employed to develop the power delivery and handling of the motorcycle[1][2][3].

The upgrade draws from earlier models of the F77, such as the MACH 2 model that came out in 2024. This model includes features of safety and convenience like traction control, regenerative braking with 10 levels of adjustability, hill-hold assist, and the inclusion of Violette A.I. to enable adaptive system behavior[1][2][3].

Ultraviolette’s expansion strategy aims to build a scalable and robust sales and service ecosystem to support its ambitious plan of entering 100 Indian cities by the fiscal year 2026. The company applies a combination of long-term strategic planning and agile market entry, ensuring new geographic markets like Rajasthan and West Bengal are supported with complete customer care infrastructure[2].

Key future objectives include expanding to 100 cities in India by FY 2026, maintaining and enhancing customer experience through continuous technology upgrades and comprehensive service at local experience centers, and building a cohesive brand presence domestically and internationally[1][2][3].
