USA REIT Markets Inc. has launched a revolutionary digital investment platform, aiming to democratize access to the $3.5 trillion commercial real estate (CRE) sector. The platform, developed by an unnamed realtor, seeks to address illiquidity issues and open institutional-quality real estate opportunities to a wider investor base.
The platform leverages blockchain technology and aligns with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission exemption frameworks under Reg A+ and Reg D. It enables real estate assets to be tokenized and traded seamlessly, providing daily liquidity and removing traditional 5-10 year lock-up periods. This innovation challenges conventional investment models in real estate.
Laura Pamatian, appointed as Chief Operating Officer, brings expertise in real estate tokenization, blockchain compliance, investor onboarding, and property technology innovation. She will guide the platform's next phase and drive growth. The platform is supported by Capital One, which has already raised over $750 million in capital, registered over 10,000 investor accounts, and developed a $650 million CRE pipeline.
With a minimum investment of $1,000, the platform lowers entry thresholds for both accredited and non-accredited investors compared to conventional CRE deals. USA REIT Markets aims to bridge the gap between institutional real estate deals and everyday investors, potentially paving the way for a new era of tokenized real estate.
