WordPress and WooCommerce Specialist or Innovator - WP Overnight
WP Overnight, a renowned member of the Team Updraft family known for its popular WordPress plugins, is on the hunt for a skilled Product Manager/Innovator. This is a fully remote position, open to applicants from around the world.
As a Product Manager/Innovator, you will have the opportunity to be creative and self-motivated while working on building new solutions to internet problems, particularly within the WordPress and WooCommerce realm.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct customer interviews to identify customer needs and market trends that will inform product decisions. You will also work closely with various stakeholders to understand the problems faced by target users, and ideate solutions and create new features to address these issues.
In this role, you will develop detailed product requirements and specifications to guide the development process. You will collaborate with development and UI/UX teams to create product roadmaps and prioritize features. Additionally, you will lead a team of world-class developers to bring your ideas to reality.
The Product Manager will also be responsible for coordinating product launch activities, including marketing strategies and training for sales teams. You will analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve products.
Moreover, you will define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members. You should have a deep knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce, and be comfortable with working closely with development, marketing, and commercial teams.
The salary for this position is competitive and depends on the candidate's experience. The role requires a commitment of up to 40 hours per week, with a requirement of 4 hours of crossover with UK working hours per day. Flexibility with work hours is offered.
