Zulu Club Raises $250K to Revolutionize Fashion E-commerce with Swift Delivery and Try-at-Home Kits
Zulu Club, a Gurugram-based fashion quick commerce platform, has secured $250,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by TDV Partners. The startup aims to tackle high return rates and weak profitability in fashion e-commerce through innovative strategies.
Founded by Adarsh Bhatia, who previously led business at Fashinza, Zulu Club operates its own delivery network, promising a swift 100-minute service. The platform follows an experience-first model, allowing shoppers to browse collections, receive assistance, and place orders through its app.
Zulu Club sets itself apart by allowing shoppers to order from trusted malls and outlets, unlike traditional e-commerce platforms. It also offers pre-curated Try-at-Home kits within the same 100-minute timeframe, enabling customers to try multiple items before purchasing. To enhance customer engagement, the startup plans to deepen partnerships with outlet stores and mall retailers, and invest in logistics and operations.
With the fresh funding, Zulu Club aims to expand across key neighborhoods in Delhi NCR and improve its Try-at-Home flows and personalization features. The goal is to address high return rates and boost profitability through cross-selling and upselling strategies.
Zulu Club's innovative approach to fashion e-commerce, coupled with its swift delivery service and unique Try-at-Home feature, positions it well to tackle industry challenges. With the support of TDV Partners and the expertise of its founder, the startup is poised for growth and expansion in the Delhi NCR region.
